The Role:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Corporate Accounting Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our corporate accounting function. This role will ensure compliance with accounting standards, manage monthly/quarterly/annual close processes, and support financial reporting and audits. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of GAAP and internal controls.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes ensuring timely and accurate reporting
- Oversee general ledger functions and ensure accuracy of journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals
- Review and approve account reconciliations and supporting documentation
- Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and corporate accounting policies
- Manage a team of accountants; provide mentorship, performance feedback, and training
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors for annual audits and other financial reviews
- Develop and implement efficient accounting processes and internal controls
- Assist in preparing consolidated financial statements and management reports
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities
- Partner with other departments (e.g., FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Legal) to support business initiatives

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting (CPA or MBA preferred)
- 5–8 years of progressive accounting experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Target Compensation:
- $115,000- $125,000 Annual Salary
