Job Description

We are seeking to recruit a Payment and Settlement Officer, junior profile.

Your responsibilities

Processing Payments in accordance with Proper Instructions received from Clients and/or Authorised Signatories
Processing Trade Settlements in accordance with Proper Instructions received from Clients and/or Authorised Signatories
Reconciliations of Company Bank Accounts, Client Cash and Security Accounts
Communications with Clients and 3rd parties
General office administration
Ad hoc office support to Senior Custody Operations Manager and SQFSM Management
Ad hoc support to Company’s related parties

Qualifications

Preferably, a University financial degree or relevant work experience
Prior experience working with a Depositary Bank or Fund Administrator
English (written/spoken: mandatory). Other languages (an asset)
