<title>About the role</title>

The Sales Coordinator is a pivotal role within our sales department, instrumental in acquiring large volume of restaurants & stores for the Bolt Food platform. The role focuses on clients that have already expressed interest in joining, but also includes outbound outreach to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) that are a good fit for the platform, which makes this entry level sales role ideal for entry level salespeople. The day-to-day activities involves large volume lead management, qualifying clients that have already signed up and following up with prospects that need further encouragement to activate their listing. You will also support the broader sales team by assisting with administrative tasks and initiatives to drive team-wide results. This is a phone sales role. To be successful in this role you will need to have attention to detail and confidence in following up and engaging clients to get them excited about joining Bolt Food.

- <point>Lead Management: Qualify, deduplicate, and score new leads based on specific criteria to streamline the sales process.</point>
- <point>Collaboration: Work closely together with teams like Operations, Account Management, Marketing, and peers across the Baltics.</point>
- <point>Phone Sales: Oversee the complete sales cycle of incoming leads, and perform targeted outbound outreach to SMB prospects by initiating contact, delivering compelling sales pitches, and concluding with contract signings..</point>
- <point>Onboarding: Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients and follow-up with activation calls to get new restaurants live.</point>
- <point>Administrative work: Efficiently gather all necessary information and documents from partners, ensuring a high quality transition to active operations.</point>
- <point>CRM maintenance (Salesforce): Record, update and check all daily activities performed in the CRM to keep all relevant data up to date.</point>

<title>About you:</title>

- <point>Ideally have 1+ years of previous experience in communication (Sales, Project management, Account management, or similar). </point>
- <point>Fluency in Latvian & English language, both in verbal and written forms is essential. Additional proficiency in Russian will be regarded as an advantage in the selection process.</point>
- <point>Confident, proactive, and thrive in conversations. Not afraid to approach people, ask questions, and drive discussions forward. Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with others are a must.</point>
- <point>Highly organised, reliable, and take pride in getting the details right. Can manage multiple tasks without letting anything slip through the cracks, ensuring nothing is missed and everything runs smoothly.</point>
- <point>Prior sales experience is advantageous, though not a prerequisite for this role.</point>
- <point>Ambition & Growth Mindset – Driven to develop within the role and progress in their career.</point>
