We are seeking a driven and strategic Marketing Lead to take full ownership of our core user acquisition channels. This is a critical hands-on role for someone with a proven track record of managing significant budgets and running high-impact marketing processes. You will be instrumental in scaling our user base for Freecash, and other projects. What You'll Do 🎯
Own & Optimize Core Channels: Take full ownership of our key marketing channels (e.g., Google Ads, Meta), managing budgets and optimizing campaigns to hit ambitious user acquisition and ROI targets.
Run & Refine Processes: Build, implement, and run efficient marketing processes, from campaign planning and execution to a consistent framework for reporting and analysis.
Drive Strategic Insights: Analyze performance data to identify growth opportunities, translate complex findings into actionable strategies, and communicate your recommendations to the leadership team.
Collaborate for Business Impact: Work closely with stakeholders from our Product and Creative teams to align on goals, test new initiatives, and ensure that marketing efforts directly contribute to the company's growth.
Pioneer New Initiatives: Identify, test, and lead the launch of new marketing initiatives, demonstrating a proactive approach to finding new growth levers.

Proven Marketing Expertise: A track record of successfully managing and scaling user acquisition efforts, with a deep understanding of paid media channels like Google Ads and Meta.
Budget & Process Ownership: Experience owning and managing significant marketing budgets and a proven ability to build and implement scalable marketing processes.
Strategic & Analytical Skills: Exceptional ability to analyze performance data, identify growth opportunities, and translate those insights into a clear, actionable plan.
Hands-on Execution: A history of being a hands-on "doer," who is just as comfortable building a campaign as they are analyzing its performance.
Industry Knowledge: A comprehensive understanding of the mobile ad-tech and gaming ecosystem, including key players and user acquisition best practices.
