As the Senior Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex HR & Accounting technology projects from inception to completion while being in close alignment with our Global HQ Tech leadership partners and our strategic vendors. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget.

About the Role

Lead the application harmonization program, managing planning, execution, risk, and delivery while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Work closely with business and tech leaders to understand needs, uncover redundancies, and develop effective consolidation strategies.
Conduct thorough assessments of existing applications to identify overlaps, gaps, and opportunities for consolidation or improvement.
Develop and drive the delivery of a scalable, cost-effective tech roadmap in collaboration with domain owners, using evaluation options to guide decisions.
Collaborate with external vendors and partners to ensure integration aligns with standards and best practices; manage vendor invoicing processes weekly.
Identify and implement continuous improvements to the application landscape, enhancing efficiency, effectiveness, and user adoption.
Track and report progress, manage change through communication and training, and build strong stakeholder relationships while staying adaptable and results-driven.

About You

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
5+ years of experience in program or project management, with a focus on technology transformation and application integration. PMP, Agile or Scrum Master certification is a plus. Experience with Workday is strongly preferred.
Proven experience with software development methodologies, project management tools and cloud technologies.
Strong understanding of enterprise application landscapes, including HRIS, Accounting, and other business-critical systems.
Hands on experience with technical integrations and system architect knowledge is a plus.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Solid experience in change management and risk management in the context of technology integration.
