As an Engagement Manager in our outsourcing division, you will be responsible for designing, optimizing, and managing delivery processes that ensure efficient, high-quality service for our clients. You will work closely with client stakeholders, internal delivery teams, and external partners to make sure services are executed smoothly, resources are effectively allocated, and contractual and performance targets are consistently met. This role combines operational oversight with a focus on client satisfaction, service excellence, and measurable business outcomes.

As an Engagement Manager in our outsourcing division, you will be responsible for designing, optimizing, and managing delivery processes that ensure efficient, high-quality service for our clients. You will work closely with client stakeholders, internal delivery teams, and external partners to make sure services are executed smoothly, resources are effectively allocated, and contractual and performance targets are consistently met. This role combines operational oversight with a focus on client satisfaction, service excellence, and measurable business outcomes.
Respnsibilities
- Assess, design, and improve outsourcing delivery processes to enhance efficiency, scalability, and service quality
- Coordinate cross-team efforts (e.g., recruitment, HR, IT, and finance) to ensure alignment with client needs and contractual obligations
- Monitor and manage budgets, resource allocation, and timelines for service delivery
- Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize delivery performance and cost-effectiveness
- Ensure all engagements align with client expectations and the company’s service standards
- Build strong relationships with client stakeholders to understand their business priorities and outsourcing requirements
- Present strategic recommendations, process improvements, and delivery optimization plans
- Facilitate client review meetings, performance reporting sessions, and operational workshops
- Act as a trusted advisor for maximizing the value of outsourcing partnerships
- Stay informed about best practices in outsourcing operations and vendor management
- Identify opportunities for automation, process standardization, and cost optimization
- Drive a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous service improvement
Requirements
- Proven track record in outsourcing service delivery, client account management, or operational consulting, ideally with experience managing multiple large-scale client engagements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a client-facing role within the outsourcing, BPO, or professional services sector
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to understand contracts, SLAs, and financial implications of operational decisions
- Excellent project management skills, with proficiency in tools such as MS Project, Jira, Asana, or similar
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels, from operational teams to executive leadership
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights
- Experience in resource planning and optimization to ensure efficient allocation of staff, tools, and budget
- Solid understanding of KPIs and SLA management, including designing performance metrics and reporting frameworks
- Negotiation and conflict resolution skills, with experience managing challenging client situations in a professional and constructive manner
- Ability to manage change effectively in fast-paced, evolving environments
- Fluent in English (additional languages considered an advantage)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
