Our Sales Representatives are the face of the rapidly growing team at Downeast Cider, the #1 hard cider in the Northeast and #2 hard cider in the country. Your mission will be to increase the sales and visibility of Downeast Cider with both our on-premise and off-premise retail partners in the Constitution State. You’ll be spreading the good unfiltered word about our innovative portfolio of craft hard cider and beyond.

What you’ll do:Sell, sell, sellExecute on monthly and quarterly sales goalsGrow brand presence and introduce new products within our existing accountsProspect for new business and close sales with new accountsSeek out merchandising and promotional opportunities at accountsMonitor product freshness to ensure quality standards are being upheldConduct weekly demos at bar and retail accounts (can include training/managing a Brand Ambassador to run these)Flex your people skillsSpend 80-90% of your time visiting new and existing accountsBuild relationships with key decision makers throughout your account baseBalance communications with many (10-40) wholesaler repsLeverage wholesaler relationships/ride-alongs to increase sales and stay top of mindKeep track of it allRecord account details in the CRM softwareInput contact information and notes following every sales visitMaintain accurate and timely records through VIP and KarmaCreate and send weekly recaps of account work to wholesalers
Who you are:Passionate about craft ciderExperience providing superior customer serviceExcellent oral and written communication skillsStrong organizational and time management skillsComfortable multitasking and pivoting effortlessly between various job functions throughout the day21 years of age or older to comply with federal and state regulationsMust reside in the same area as the covered territory
