The Opportunity:

As a Weekend Warehouse Lead, you will be a key contributor to the start up and day to day operations of our fulfillment center, working with a team to drive operational efficiency and employee engagement.

In this role you will…

Work with Operations Supervisors to ensure deliverables are being achieved
Work collaboratively with all team leads to support inventory counts, product moves and management and maintaining accurate supply and equipment levels
Communicate openly and in a timely fashion regarding any issues involving inventory, staff or facilities
Provide ongoing training and development for all warehouse associates
Finding creative solutions for day-to-day operational challenges
Maintain a safe and healthy work environment ensuring policies and procedures are followed

What You’ll Bring to the Team (Required Skills & Abilities):

1-2 years of experience as a lead in a warehouse environment
Ability to learn new technologies and custom proprietary softwares quickly
The desire and capacity to motivate coach and manage a growing team
An ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast paced changing environment
Detail Oriented, Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills
Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)
Understanding of OSHA and regulatory compliance is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent (College degree preferred)
Experience with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
