Senior Media Analytics Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Media Analyst to join our team in Budapest.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in media data analysis, marketing science, and digital media platforms. This role is critical in driving insights from media performance and supporting strategic decision-making within our organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Own relationship with Econometrics team: Foster and maintain a collaborative relationship with the Econometrics team to ensure seamless integration of insights and data.

• Critical thinking applied to MMMs: Apply critical thinking to Marketing Mix Models (MMMs) to extract meaningful insights and recommendations.

• Extract and debrief wider media organization: Extract key insights and learnings from MMMs and effectively debrief the wider media organization.

• Own scenario modeling: Utilize response curves from MMMs to model different channel, budget, and flighting scenarios for impact assessment.

• Understand and evaluate attribution: Gain a critical understanding of attribution, determine its appropriate usage, and identify correct alternatives in instances where it should not be used.

• Own all media data reporting: Develop use cases and play a key role in gathering requirements for dashboard visualization design within existing BI tools to ensure comprehensive media data reporting.

• Generate insights from media performance: Analyze media performance and generate insights, incorporating nuances for different walled garden metrics.

• Support in identifying appropriate signals that define and inform measurement frameworks.

Qualifications

• Approximately 7 years of experience in a media agency, client-side role, or a combination of both.

• Strong marketing science experience, with a solid understanding of media data and digital media platforms.

• Proficiency in understanding and interpreting nuances between different metrics.

• Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills.

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex insights to a broad audience.
