Summary of Job Duties:

-Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
-Diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions and facility issues.
-Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards or maintenance needs.
-Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
-Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
-Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner.
-Collaborate with other departments to support operational needs.
-Manage inventory of tools, supplies, and spare parts

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
Proven experience in facility maintenance or a related field.
Knowledge of building systems including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical ability to lift, climb, and perform manual labor
