Job Description:

The Job/What You’ll Do:

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to lead the governance, strategy, and optimization of our Salesforce platform. You will be the subject matter expert, ensuring best practices in configuration, data integrity, and platform scalability, while mentoring junior admins and working closely with business leaders.

This is a full-time position in our Concord, CA office with a hybrid work schedule.

We can consider candidates for this position who are able to accommodate a hybrid work schedule and are close to our office location in Concord, CA.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the configuration, customization, and maintenance of the Salesforce platform.
  • Define and enforce governance, security, and data management standards.
  • Manage complex automation, integrations, and advanced reporting needs.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to align platform capabilities with strategic objectives.
  • Oversee system upgrades, release management, and change control processes.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level admins.
  • Act as primary liaison with Salesforce support and manage vendor relationships.
  • Conduct regular platform audits to ensure data quality and compliance.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  • Deep expertise in Salesforce configuration, automation (Flows, Process Builder), and security settings.
  • Experience with complex integrations and AppExchange solutions.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven track record of driving platform adoption and process improvements.

Education & Experience:

  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience, including large-scale org management.
  • Salesforce Administrator and Advanced Administrator certifications required; other Salesforce certifications (e.g., Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant) a plus.

Compensation: The Base Salary range for this position is between $155,000-$180,000.

This information reflects a base salary range that AssetMark reasonably expects to pay for the position based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and actual work location. This position will also be eligible for additional variable incentive compensation and competitive benefits.

Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US to be considered. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position.
