Job Title: Cyber Security Engineering & Support Manager
Location: Pittsburgh, PA
Reports To: Chief Information Security Officer
Salary Range: $120K–$140K base + bonus eligibility
Travel: Occasional
Visa Sponsorship: No – must meet U.S. export control requirements

Job Summary

Lead a team managing enterprise security technologies, vulnerability management, and security risk analytics. Oversee operational security functions (excluding SOC) and ensure security platform effectiveness globally across IT, end-user, and cybersecurity domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage team, budget, and enterprise security solution delivery.

• Oversee deployment, lifecycle, and operational support for security technologies.

• Lead vulnerability management strategy to reduce attack surface.

• Deliver cybersecurity risk/compliance dashboards with KPIs and KRIs.

• Oversee privileged access provisioning and IT compliance tasks.

• Collaborate with corporate, business unit, and manufacturing technology teams (OT: PLCs, HMIs, SCADA) for secure, resilient solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.

• 10+ years in enterprise IT, security, infrastructure, or related fields.

• U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or otherwise authorized for controlled technology access.

Preferred Qualifications

• Expertise in:

  • Security & systems engineering

  • Application security

  • Vulnerability management best practices

  • Secure software deployment

• 2+ years managing IT/cybersecurity professionals.

• Budget management experience.

• Background in enterprise IT leadership, ideally with OT exposure.

• Active security certification (CISSP, CISM, CISA, Security+, etc.).

• Master’s degree in related field.
