Integration Lead

Job Summary:

The Integration Lead is a Senior Technical position with a focus on systems integration of various applications. This position will support the AMI Project with an advanced metering infrastructure systems integration approach and play a key role in the AMI integration requirements. This position will collaborate with the IT department in supporting a variety of initiatives for this project.

Job Description:

• Supports the integration standards and technology platforms.

• Develops and maintains an existing integration architecture schematic.

• Conducts planning, testing, and validation activities regarding integrations.

• Advises LUMA as the Subject Matter Expert for integrations across core connected systems to Oracle CC&B and all Meter Reading systems, among others.

• Approves design documents for integration.

• Ensures all integration adheres to LUMA IT standards and policy.

• Ensures design and development of AMI systems, integrations, and related testing and deployment work aligns to LUMA standards and requirements for solutions architecture.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Follow all policies and procedures.

• Perform major storm restoring work and associated drills as assigned or needed

Additional Job Description:

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years IT Experience in a similar role

• Experience with Integration Tools such as MS Azure, Java EE, IBM MQ

• Knowledge of Web services, Rest API and SaaS

• Understanding of the typical utility applications and their connection to each other (CIS, GIS, OMS, etc.) and associated application landscape including AMI

• 3-5 years Electric Utility experience is preferred

• Bilingual proficiency in written and oral communication (Spanish and English) is preferred

Licenses/Certifications:

• Valid drivers license
