The Opportunity:
CACI is looking for a Specialist, Internal Communications to develop and implement integrated communications plans to inform our employees and increase engagement, building strong ties with our company’s culture and our customer’s missions. The ideal candidate will have experience tracking and leveraging analytics to optimize performance, providing strategic guidance to internal stakeholders, and crafting initiatives and communications campaigns that support enterprise goals.
Responsibilities:
- Effectively craft internal corporate communications campaigns that engage key audiences and accomplish relevant business imperatives.
- Plan, write, and edit content for internal communications mediums, including but not limited to intranet, internal newsletters, and podcast.
- Monitor and measure communication effectiveness, adjusting strategies based on feedback.
- Collaborate with colleagues cross-functionally to develop effective collateral and maximize campaign impact.
- Work with internal stakeholders to effectively accomplish business imperatives, foster employee engagement, and strengthen company culture.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 5 years of related experience in communications in a corporate, in-house, or agency settings.
- Strong writing, editing, and project management skills.
- Ability to partner with multiple stakeholders, strategically determining priorities and applying business acumen to accomplish business goals.
- Experience developing and maintaining intranet platforms, including content and engagement strategy.
- Experience gathering and analyzing data to measure performance against objectives and optimize content.
Desired:
- Experience developing multimedia content.
- Experience leveraging mobile application and emergency notification platforms.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
