The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Engineering Test & Technology Division has an exciting opportunity for a Senior (Level 4) or Lead (Level 5) Staff Analyst (Dept Admin Coordination) in Everett, WA.
Primary responsibilities:
- Leads the development, planning and execution of employee-related activities and initiatives.
- Partners with organization leaders on long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives, and initiatives.
- Reviews and evaluates strategic organizational issues and identifies implementation recommendations
Provides continuous assessment of overall meeting/review architecture. - Analyzes and summarizes data used in the development and proposal of organizational direction (e.g., budget information, workforce levels, training requirements and equipment/facility needs).
- Develops executive level briefings. Leads the design, logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events.
- Leads Staff Meetings and Review Boards.
- Develops, coordinates, and assesses architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings.
- Leads the development and maintenance of the project schedule and budget; monitors and tracks execution of the plan and communicates status to all project participants.
- Provides data for management review and tracking performance to plan.
- Conducts research and analyzes data from multiple sources.
- Collaborates with subject matter experts, suppliers, partners and customers to deploy broad organizational training.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):
- Level 4: 10+ or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience.
- Level 5: 15+ or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience.
- 8+ years of demonstrated communication skills communicating to peers, leadership, stakeholders, and customers.
- 8+ years of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data.
- 8+ years of experience utilizing Microsoft Office applications.
- 8+ years’ experience facilitating the meetings and presenting to senior leaders.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience):
- Bachelor's degree or Higher an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience building positive relationships, collaborating effectively, and communicating clearly
- Ability to clearly communicate at the Senior Executive Level.
- Experience with program management best practices including Base Line Management, Performance Metrics, Customer Communications, Requirements Management, Supplier Management, and/or Earned Value Management, Executive Support and Preparation.
- Experience building positive relationships, collaborating effectively, and communicating clearly.
- Experience preparing executive level briefings and presentation material.
- Experience with program management best practices including Base Line Management, Performance Metrics, Customer Communications, Requirements Management, Supplier Management, and/or Earned Value Management, Executive Support and Preparation.

- Lead (Level 5): $121,550 - $164,450
