We are seeking an Associate or Vice President to join our Infrastructure Sector team in Sydney for a 6-month Short Term Assignment.
Infrastructure is a global sector platform which provides financial solutions to leading market participants from its regional hubs in London, New York, and Sydney.
The key focus of the Infrastructure business is to increase and deepen strategic dialogue with our client base in APAC and originate high value mandates across the Bank’s product offering, including project/structured finance, corporate finance, debt capital markets and financial markets.
Given the size of the team you will quickly be given the opportunity to develop by taking ownership of parts of different transactions and client management across an extensive deal pipeline.

What you will do
- Preparation of marketing materials
- Industry and peer group analysis
- Assisting in commercial deal identification and subsequent credit analysis
- Assisting in review of due diligence and transaction documentation
- Maintaining active contact with relevant internal functions
What we are looking for
- Tertiary degree in a relevant field
- Structured / Project Finance experience preferred
- Microsoft office suite and Financial Modelling
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Accurate and high-quality work
- Commercial mindset
