At Busy Bees at Lara, we provide a supportive and inclusive environment where children flourish, and educators feel valued. We’re seeking a qualified Casual Educator to bring energy, initiative, and adaptability to our service, caring for up to 103 children.

Whether you’re covering planned leave or stepping in at short notice, you’ll be a vital part of our team – ensuring children’s learning and wellbeing remain the priority.

Your Impact as a Casual Educator

• Step into different rooms and support permanent staff with routines and transitions

• Assist in delivering play-based learning aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)

• Foster strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues

• Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standards

• Bring enthusiasm and adaptability to each day

What You’ll Bring

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved) – Working Towards not accepted for this role

• Knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards (NQS)

• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and teams

• Current VIC Working with Children Check (Employee)

• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications
