Position Purpose
The Sourcer plays a key role in strengthening Clarios’ Talent Acquisition strategy by proactively identifying, engaging, and nurturing top talent across diverse functions and geographies. This role is responsible for building strong candidate pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions, leveraging data, technology, and market insights to ensure Clarios attracts the best talent aligned to business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to deeply understand position requirements, business priorities, and cultural fit.
- Proactively source, identify, and engage passive candidates through advanced search strategies, networking, social media, talent communities, and market mapping.
- Develop and maintain robust pipelines for current and future hiring needs, ensuring diversity and inclusion are embedded in sourcing strategies.
- Utilize tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, databases, AI platforms, and internal ATS to track, manage, and engage candidates effectively.
- Conduct initial outreach and pre-screen conversations to assess candidate interest and suitability.
- Deliver market intelligence and talent insights to Recruiters and HR leadership, supporting strategic workforce planning.
- Manage candidate experience at the early stages of the recruitment funnel, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Support employer branding initiatives by actively promoting Clarios’ culture, values, and opportunities in the talent marketplace.
- Track sourcing metrics and provide regular reporting on pipeline progress, candidate engagement, and market challenges.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in sourcing or recruitment, ideally in a multinational environment.
- Proven track record in building candidate pipelines for diverse roles and levels, including technical and niche positions.
- Strong command of sourcing tools: LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, CRM/ATS platforms (Workday experience is a plus).
- Familiarity with market research techniques and talent mapping.
- Professional English and Spanish proficiency (written and spoken).
