Job Summary
An exciting opportunity exists within the CIB Client Onboarding team for a Specialist QA who will be involved in the 1st and 2nd tier checking, validation, control and reporting of all requirement in the Regulatory Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions process and procedures for all client relationships in accordance with regulatory requirements, policy guidelines, business rules and legal framework.Job Description
Job DescriptionKey Accountabilities
- Complete quality assurance to minimize business risk exposure
- Assist with the update of business standards to detect fraud
- Audit primary FICA in line with the FIC Act and AML policy
- Send recommendation to risk and compliance team for procedure update
- Ensure regular engagement with stakeholders and drive service delivery
- Evaluate the effectiveness of controls in the area
- Be a key player in ensuring correctness of system updates to align to business procedure
- Identifying relevant sections to be monitored and the frequency of monitoring in order to ensure the consistent application of the compliance methodology and assessment of findings.
- Embedding the compliance culture in business to robustly manage regulatory and reputational risks.
- Formulating, updating and implementing control procedures and policies that will ensure adequate risk management to enable business
Education and Experience Required
- Relevant Higher Diploma
- 5 years KYC experience
