Job Description:

The Role: Our Risk, Compliance and Audit groups protect the interests of our customers, associates, and Fidelity's outstanding brand. Internship opportunities include roles such as Business Audit, Technology Audit, Enterprise Risk and Compliance, Technology Risk, Data Analytics and Global Security and Investigations. This role is for candidates interested in protecting the firm at all costs, helping to determine issues before they arrive on our doorstep, and being the ethical standard of the organization. This is a great role if you are interested in joining one of our internal audit teams, you can focus on the regulatory and operational side of managing financial risk, flagging accounts with suspicious withdrawal/funds and you can also work on investigating financial crimes!

The Fidelity Intern Program (FIDTERN Program) 

Fidelity’s full-time, paid, 10-week FIDTERN Program offers students the opportunity to contribute to meaningful, real-world work and projects as valued members of a dedicated team.

Learn directly from senior leaders, sharpen your professional communication, explore strategies for maintaining well-being in the workplace, and build financial confidence through expert-led financial literacy workshops. 

  • Mentorship: Opt-in to our intern mentorship program and connect with experienced professionals who will support your growth and help you navigate your career journey. 

  • Regional Events: Build connections with leaders and fellow interns through engaging onsite experiences and unwind with your peers at fun local outings (like go-karting, pickleball, or bowling). 

The base salary range for this position is $50,000 - $70,000 per year.  

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.

Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
