The Impact You Will Have
The HR Operations Coordinator ensures efficient daily HR processes and supports operations spanning the Talent Acquisition (TA), HR Business Partner (HRBP), and Learning & Development (L&D) functions. This role reports into the L&D Operations Manager and provides adaptable administrative support across these functions, enabling a smooth candidate and employee experience and contributing to strategic HR initiatives. Primary Responsibilities
Manages administrative tasks that support the full employee lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, and internal changes, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate and employee experience.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in Workday and assist with routine data entry, audits, and reporting.
Assist with recurring HR processes such as requisition creation, (at times heavy) interview scheduling, invoice processing, performance review tasks, learning enrollments, and audits.
Prepare and organize HR documents, such as offer letters and other confidential documents.
Help ensure HR documentation and personnel files are compliant with legal and Company requirements.
Monitor and triage incoming requests from HR email inboxes to ensure timely support and response.
Support reviewing and approving training requests, ensuring alignment with company learning policies and procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support initiatives that enhance employee engagement and operational efficiency.
Provide general administrative support to the HR Operations team, including calendar coordination, file management, and project tracking.
Adapt to changing business needs by taking on additional duties as required.
Attendance is generally required from 8:30 am – 5:30 pm EST, Tuesday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
1+ years of HR or business operations experience preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Workday or other HRIS experience preferred.
Ability to organize and prioritize a busy workload, work well under pressure, and quickly adapt to changes.
Maintains a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
Effective verbal and written communication skills that embody clarity, courtesy, and professionalism.
Ability to support deliverables with strong follow-through capabilities and effective stakeholder communication.
Display interest and enthusiasm for the job and the success of the organization.
Ability to work as a part of a team while providing a strong individual contribution.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion, maintain confidentiality, and uphold ethical and professional standards that foster trust and dependability.
