As a crucial part of our team, the successful candidate will be assisting solicitors within the Scottish Real Estate Team with a range of commercial real estate transactions at every stage from engagement and transaction management to post completion and billing. You would be running your own case load of commercial real estate files, with opportunities to deal with acquisitions and disposals, investment and development transactions, and commercial leasing.

We are looking for someone who can work on their own initiative and in a proactive manner, who seeks out opportunities to provide a more efficient service, and who possesses excellent communication skills to deal effectively with colleagues at all levels and build good working relationships.
