About the role

As our Technology Risk Analyst, you will be joining our Information and Security team, that supports the implementation and operation of effective risk management practices across Digital Platforms.

In this role, you will be partnering with stakeholders across the Digital Platforms team to ensure technology risks are appropriately mitigated. You will support control owners to design and implement effective controls and perform controls testing to provide management with visibility over the effectiveness and maturity of the control environment. You will also be responsible for tracking, monitoring, and reporting on the mitigation and resolution of technology risks and issues.

You will work closely with our Procurement and Legal teams to perform security risk assessments for new vendors and help manage third party risk.

This is a 6-month fixed term contract covering parental leave.

About you:

You are a knowledgeable and experienced risk and assurance professional with an understanding of risk management frameworks and assurance programmes in large organisations.

A self-starter with strong verbal and written communication skills
A robust understanding of IT/Cyber frameworks, standards, and methodologies
Have a minimum of 3-5 years’ proven experience in a similar technology risk or assurance role
Industry qualifications such as CISA, CRISC or other certifications (advantageous)
Tertiary level qualification in a technology-related discipline (beneficial).
