POSITION SUMMARY

 

Manages and coordinates the daily activities of clerical and support workers. Responsible for assisting Senior Director

Managing daily operations. Streamline and formulate processes. Manages customer service employees to

ensure adherence to quality standards, deadlines, and proper procedures.  Implement corporate and departmental

policies, procedures and service standard in conjunction with management.

Essential Functions Statement(s)

 

·         Manage staff, train and develop Specialist

·         Coordinates and expedites the flow of department projects and day-to-day activities.

·         Manage daily productions for National Account customers

·         Document and Maintain all Standards Operating Procedures

·         Manages National Account projects align across all National Account VP’s, Directors and Managers.

·         Confers with appropriate personnel outside the department to ensure that the goals and objectives of

 the project are accomplished within the project guidelines

·         Lead the team in Salesforce.com processes.

·         Communicate daily with Senior Management

·         Manage preparation of sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.

·         Resolves customer complaints or answer customers’ questions regarding policies and procedures.

SKILLS & ABILITIES

 

       

 

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree plus three or more years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Computer Skills:

High level of proficiency in Microsoft 365, Advanced knowledge of excel. Experience in SAP, Salesforce, Project Management tools High level business acumen and financial report/analysis

     

 

Other Requirements:

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume - Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.  Understanding of EDI and accounting principles, data synchronization and Ecommerce. Past experience working with Big Box Retailer Stores.
