Member of the People Operations (Human Resources) team responsible for creating, managing and optimizing incentive compensation plans that align with the AEG's objectives and ensuring compliance with the company overall. You will report to the Senior Director of People, Pay and Systems team and partner with many other departments assuring the company's success.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Create and manage incentive compensation plans that support business operations, drive performance, and maintain cost-effectiveness
- Collaborate with stakeholders including Operations, People Operations, and Payroll to administer incentive compensation plans
- Generate regular reports on plan performance, attainment, and cost impact for Operations and Finance.
- Provide clear documentation and communicate plan details to all stakeholders
- Provide insights and analysis on compensation trends and plan effectiveness
- Ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations
- Prepare audit documentation and support internal/external audits, as needed
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all federal and state laws and compliance requirements; stay informed on all relevant legislation and industry trends to ensure the company remains compliant
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Minimum of 5 years in incentive compensation, sales operations, finance and/or HR systems administration
- Experience with Smartsheet and/or ADP a plus
- Strong analytical and Excel skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy, accountability and integrity
- Must have ability to consistently meet deadlines
- Collaborates and works effectively in a team environment
- Maintains strict confidentiality to protect teammate and all data privacy
