Full policy is provided upon request<br /> <br /> <b>What you will do:</b><br /> As a Home Health LVN you will deliver holistic, home health care to patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation; and you will effectively interact with patients, caregivers, and other health team members while maintaining standards of professional nursing practice.<br /> <br /> Who you are:</span></span></span> <ul> <li><span><span><span><span>Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing.</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Current, active license in the State of California by the Board of Registered Nursing.</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Current CPR, health clearance and clinical skills self-assessment.</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Successful passage (80%) of Agency competency exam and core competency per skills checklist.</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Minimum of one year of professional nursing experience.</span></span></span></span></li> </ul> <span><span><span>Full job description available upon request</span></span></span><br />
