About the Opportunity

This position is responsible for functional requirements definition, configuration, solution design, implementation and maintenance of SCM applications. The Principal Application Analyst – Supply Chain will work with various IT groups and business users in defining, prioritizing and executing application projects and enhancements. Additionally, the position will be playing a critical role of ensuring that Developers have adequate clarification and support on all business and functional requirements / specifications related to applications.

 

Responsibilities

• Designs and develops a framework for global Master Data standardization and governance, including owning process flows, data maps, and standard definitions for governance across a variety of cross-functional systems and processes.
• Create, maintain, and deprecate item, customer, vendor, grower, ranch, facility, pricing, Bill of Material data in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Systems to facilitate smooth and accurate transaction flow through the ERP.
• Define and publish data definitions for the organization as data elements are added or modified
• Serve as master data SME on all new system integrations or enhancements requiring master data to ensure proper usage and assess process impact
• Analyze and document process and data points as necessary to support seamless integration as business models change or exceptions arise
• Ensure data quality and MDM adherence through systems & processes to ensure data integrity.
• Research and document Master Data processes and governance best practices.

   

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information and Communication Technology or similar;
• 10-15 year working environment as an Oracle Applications Consultant, System Analyst / Manager
• Expert level knowledge of Oracle ERP Application functionality
• Expert level knowledge of Oracle Inventory Management, Oracle Product Data Management, Oracle Purchasing, Oracle Supply Collaboration and Oracle Supply Planning module configurations.
• Strong knowledge on end-to-end Supply Chain business processes.
• Proficiency with SQL based queries and Software Development Life Cycle Methodologies
• Strong functional understanding of the Oracle modules and development framework for extensions in Oracle Cloud framework.
