Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update vendor and customer master data with accuracy and confidentiality
• Assist in auditing compliance with Standard Internal Controls
• Support external financial audit processes by preparing documentation and reports
• Research and help implement automation tools for financial reporting
• Provide support to Accounts Payable during team transitions
• Conduct audits of general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Contribute to Lean Administration initiatives aimed at improving financial workflows
• Participate in various finance and accounting projects as assigned
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) is a plus
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Skills

• Interest in process improvement and automation technologies
• Exposure to internal controls and audit procedures
• Experience with data analysis or reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
