We’re looking for a Customer Service Agent to join our team in Atlanta, GA, where every day brings new challenges and opportunities to grow.
As part of our fast-paced and growing international company, you’ll provide exceptional support to merchants and customers around the world. This role requires strong written communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt responses based on varying merchant policies and procedures. What You’ll Do:
- Provide high-quality written support to merchants and end customers, no phone calls, just smart, thoughtful messaging.
- Accurately respond to customer tickets from global markets by quickly identifying and applying the relevant merchant’s procedures.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to gather information and resolve inquiries.
- Use logic, empathy, and efficiency to meet individual and team performance goals.
- Escalate urgent or unusual issues to your Team Leader to maintain smooth operations.
- Contribute ideas and feedback to help improve processes and the overall customer experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong written English communication skills.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
- Zendesk experience is a plus.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional internal teams.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
