About the job:

Job Purpose & Objectives

Responsible for the data governance of all regulatory reporting related to Finance in the Branch

Key Responsibilites

• Keep effective governance mechanism to ensure compliance with the regulatory reporting requirement

• Formalize description of the preparation and submission process of each operational regulatory report

• Create an integrated documentation strategy to ensure streamlined and clear end to end definition of each regulatory report related to Finance

• Maintain an effective centralized Dashboard to track any irregulars on each regulatory report such as submissions, re-submissions, errors or upcoming deadlines 

• Ensure the above-mentioned documents are adequately created and maintained

Job Specifications

Experience:

• Over 8 years Finance related experience in local regulatory reports 

• Over 3 years manager and team leader experience

Education Background & required Knowledge:

• Bachelor Degree on International Trade/ Business Administration/Finance

Other Knowledge:

• Good knowledge and familiar with China banking regulations, reporting system and banking practices.

• PC skills

Languages:

• Native Mandarin required

• Good command of written and spoken English required

Personality:

• Well organized and able to work under stress

• Be able to work independently and efficiently

• Good communications skills and resourceful
