About the Organization:

Our mission is to automate RAN applications with Zero Touch Provisioning and develop an OSS ecosystem for efficient operations. We aim to develop solutions to integrate new products into the OSS and Orchestrator ecosystem, thereby reducing provisioning and configuration work.

Job Duties

As a Solution Architect, you will:

• Demonstrate a strong understanding of LTE 4G and 5G networks, as well as their End-to-End (E2E) architectures.

• Be proficient in utilizing basic Linux commands, hypervisors, VM deployment, and cloud computing technologies such as Robin, Docker, and Containers.

• Possess knowledge of LTE physical layer, MAC layer, and RLC/PDCP layer.

• Have familiarity with IP networks and various transport topologies, including switches.

• Have hands-on experience in managing, designing, or developing automation workflows using Python.

• Have extensive experience in vRAN architecture, Virtual Network Functions (VNF), and network orchestration.

• Be proficient in networking skills, including IPv4, IPv6, L2, and L3 layer IP planning.

• Understand 3GPP systems, particularly Core and RAN networks.

• Be familiar with cloud technologies, Kubernetes, and VNF/CNF architecture.

Minimum Qualifications

• 8-10 Years of Experience in a relevant field  

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Computer, Electronics, Electrical/Communication Engineering) or equivalent industry experience.

• Proven experience in the telecommunications industry, particularly in vRAN automation.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as within a team.

• Up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies in vRAN automation.

Proffered Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent industry experience.

• Proven experience in the telecommunications industry, particularly in vRAN automation.
