Your mission
Step into a pivotal leadership role where HR strategy meets digital transformation. As HR Director for Digital Business Capabilities, you drive initiatives that align with business goals and empower people to thrive. You lead workforce planning, competence development, and talent programs that shape the future of our organization. From recruitment and onboarding to succession planning and leadership development, you make sure we’re ready for what’s next.

Located at one of our Sandvik offices in Sweden, Finland, Ireland, or India, with flexibility for hybrid work. You report to the Vice President of HR and EHS at Business Area Mining and collaborate closely with the Chief Digital Officer at Group.

Your profile
Bring a solid foundation in HR strategy, talent management, and employee relations. You’ve worked in tech or high-growth environments and know how to navigate complexity with confidence. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a global mindset are key. English is your working language, and you’re comfortable operating across borders and cultures.

You’re a bold, self-driven HR leader who thrives on change and collaboration. You challenge ideas, support transformation, and build strong partnerships. You understand what senior leaders need and aren’t afraid to lean into your network. With a sharp strategic mind and a hands-on approach, you turn vision into action and help shape the future of our organization.
