Senior Sommelier - Hakkasan Mayfair London

We are in search for an enthusiastic, positive and talented Senior Sommelier to join our fantastic Team at Hakkasan Mayfair!

The ideal Senior Sommelier has:

• Previous experience in a similar role and within a fast paced luxury environment
• A charismatic personality, able to ensure that guests are given an exciting and memorable experience
• Leadership and delegation skills including the ability to train and mentor the Sommelier team
• A tenacious passion to succeed and develop: WSET L3 or advanced CMS preferred
• Ideally experience with ordering and stock rotation
• Exceptional service standards with attention to detail
• Good command of English with the ability to communicate confidently
• Ability to work under pressure and willingness to work as part of a team
• Availability to work full-time and be flexible
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United Kingdom
