As an Early Careers Recruiter in the Commercial & Investment Bank, you will partner with our businesses to develop and execute recruiting strategies, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. You will engage with universities, conferences, and internal stakeholders to attract top talent for the organisation.
Job Responsibilities:
- Build and partner with our businesses to formulate effective recruiting strategies at individual universities, conferences, and JPMorgan Chase events.
- Develop and execute hiring initiatives.
- Pre-screen candidates for assessment centers, ensure exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruiting process, formulate selling strategies and communicate updates to candidates regularly.
- Represent the firm on campus and at conferences by presenting career opportunities.
- Engage with Program Management and business partners to understand hiring needs and plan for future demand.
- Build relationships with university representatives and key student organizations.
- Ensure visibility of Early Careers recruitment team and programs with management, schools, and key constituents.
- Plan and manage Intern Programs, including orientation and continuing education.
- Lead intern evaluation and selection process for full-time offers.
- Measure hiring and experience success metrics for management review.
- Obtain external benchmark data and share best practices on campus recruiting.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Strong focus on customer or candidate experience.
- High standards and attention to detail; strong planning and time management skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable presenting to large groups.
- Extremely flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment.
- Passion for working with and assessing university students.
- Heavy travel required during peak on-campus seasons.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Experience in campus recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Knowledge of financial services.
- Familiarity with hiring initiatives and strategies.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
