Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Program/Project Manager to drive enterprise-level strategic priorities and enable cross-functional collaboration across the People & Culture function. This role will play a critical part in leading initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness, advance integration efforts and guide change management activities that impact all P&C teams globally. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record in delivering complex programs, influencing senior stakeholders, and fostering alignment in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Additionally, this role will sit within the office of the CPCO and will support special projects and high priority initiatives as they arise. 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic initiatives that advance the organization’s P&C priorities.
  • Partner with P&C leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure strategic projects are aligned to business objectives and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Support M&A integration efforts within P&C, ensuring people, processes, and systems are aligned.
  • Develop and execute change management strategies to enable smooth adoption of new processes, structures, and tools across related projects and P&C groups.
  • Identify and manage risks and dependencies across multiple programs in the P&C domain.
  • Facilitate clear communication between project teams, stakeholders, and senior management, providing regular updates and reports.  Establish clear governance and reporting frameworks for high-visibility projects.
  • Monitor the progress of multiple projects, identify risks, dependencies, and issues proactively, and develop mitigation plans.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and make data-driven decisions
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on program status, key decisions, and emerging challenges.

 

Additional responsibilities:

  • Understand current state HR end to end ecosystem and identify path forward to achieve HR strategic vision
  • Be an agent for change, define and execute change management plan that will convey the strategic journey, engage, and leverage broad HR team
  • Experienced operational and process improvement mindset, ability to simplify and streamline processes while focusing on the end user (candidates, employees, managers, business leader) experiences
  • Maintain project documentation, including project plans, timelines, and reports, to ensure accurate record-keeping
  • Organize and facilitate project meetings, ensuring they are productive and that action items are followed up on
  • Identify opportunities to improve project management processes and methodologies within the organization
  • Support project teams by providing administrative and logistical assistance, such as scheduling, resource coordination, and training, as needed.
  • Ensure that projects meet quality standards and that deliverables are of high quality
  • Promote knowledge sharing and best practices across project teams and the organization

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • 8+ years of experience in program/project management, preferably within HR, People & Culture, or related corporate functions.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large-scale, cross-functional strategic initiatives.
  • Demonstrated intermediate to advance computer skills in Microsoft office suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize competing demands, and drive results in complex environments.
  • Proven ability to influence without direct authority and foster strong cross-functional relationships.
  • A reputation for discretion, confidentiality, and strong attention to detail
  • Displays empathy, curiosity, and passion for creating meaningful employee experiences.

The base salary range for this position in the firm’s Iselin, NJ and New York, NY offices only is between $198,700 and $298,100 per year.
