KEY RESPONSIBILITY 

• Ability to transfer current skill sets in automation, development, or networking in the cloud 
• Analyze incidents and service requests for the team 
• Learn Information Technology Infrastructure Library 
• Collaboratively work with different parties and different projects 
• Ability to enhance project management skills 

KEY QUALIFICATIONS 

• Overall knowledge on cloud computing
• Undergraduate following any IT-related degree from a recognized university
• Sound communication skills 
• Ability to work independently 
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
