Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for a PS - Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our People Services Team, supporting recruitment operations across the Americas. This hybrid role blends h direct engagement with stakeholders and candidates and behind-the-scenes coordination, making it ideal for someone who thrives in both administrative precision and candidate-facing interactions. Fluency in English and French is essential, as part of your support will be to our operations in Eastern Canada.
Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:
- Managing recruitment logistics including job requisitions, candidate pipelines, and interview scheduling.
- Coordinating with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment experience.
- Supporting graduate, intern, and Co-Op recruitment, as well as experienced hire processes.
- Administering referral bonuses and offer documentation.
- Acting as a key point of contact for candidates and internal stakeholders across multiple regions.
- Maintaining accurate records and tracking recruitment progress.
- Building strong relationships with hiring managers and recruiters to ensure alignment and responsiveness.
- Demonstrating empathy, discretion, and professionalism in candidate care.
- Supporting campus events and job fairs alongside the Campus Relations Manager.
Education
- Short-Cycle Tertiary Education or Bachelor´s Degree.
Experience and skills
- + 3 years of general work experience, with the ability to work independently.
- Prior experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage relationships across diverse teams and geographies.

- Fluency in English and French (oral and written) is required.
- Proficiency in Oracle and Microsoft Office is a plus.
- Strong service delivery mindset and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and support multiple regions.
- Comfortable prioritizing requests and asking for help when needed.
