Who are we looking for?

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Administrator. This role contributes to the strategic direction and design of GHD’s enterprise Employee Service Centre and provides the technical authority to administer and develop the ServiceNow platform.

Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in but are not limited to:

Develop and configure ServiceNow in JavaScript, HTML, ServiceNow Script Editor & Angular JS
Configure integration of ServiceNow with other applications and technologies, including Identity Management, SAP & Document Management systems
Design, develop and deliver Service Catalog and Catalog items for various standard and non-standard services, including items that are to be provisioned via approval and automation workflows
Development of Service Portal, PPM, Custom Applications, HR and ITSM & Asset Management requirements
Work within the agile development methodology, participating in all Scrum events

What you will bring to the team:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or demonstrated experience to meet the key skills and competencies
5+ years in ServiceNow, strong ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Integrations background
Demonstrated background in Portal development with solid JavaScript, HTML, CSS skills
Experience in developing and implementing systems, processes and procedures to meet customer requirements end-to-end
Experience integrating different platforms and business applications
Relevant Industry certifications such as ITIL, ServiceNow CSA, ServiceNow CIS, etc.
