This position is a unique opportunity to contribute and be part of strategic initiatives in the field of Neuroscience, especially in connection with the launch of a breakthrough therapy for patients suffering with depression, and also partially be part of defined projects focused on the acceleration and expansion of new indications in the Immunology therapeutic area.

Main responsibilities:

  • Will be responsible for creating and/or adaption of product marketing strategy in Neuroscience therapeutic area, guiding the work of local advertising agencies, uncovering market opportunities by establishing priorities and recommending a process for obtaining intelligence information.
  • Fostering account and customer focus to successfully launch an innovative therapy for patients suffering with depression
  • Supports Commercial lead to improve sales team capabilities in terms of product knowledge/ quality of interactions and key account management
  • Cooperate with IMMUNO team on defined projects related to new launches in the Immunology therapeutic area
  • Helps establish and implement cost-effective, results-based, and professionally managed programs and innovative initiatives for the organization to advance Key Account Management capabilities.
  • Contributes to projects, programs or processes for the Key Account Management area.
  • Integrates methods based on analyses of trends and the competitive landscape to continually improve the organization's Key Account Management strategy.
  • Designs systems to acquire, retain, and grow key account business across accounts and product lines.
  • Delivers client presentations and product demonstrations to effectively close sales and promote competitive advantage.
  • Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes and responsibilities.​
  • Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.

Requirements.:

  • Previous minimum 4 years’ experience in a marketing or sales role in pharmaceutical industry with proven record of successful sales, Key account management process proven capabilities: analyze, plan, prepare, implement, follow-up
  • High level of selling skills and KOL management
  • Business oriented person with excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • High level of ethical standards in business
  • Team player – proven ability to work effectively as part of a multi-functional team
  • Multi task approach
  • Courage to take action/responsibility for solutions/results
  • Czech language - fluent; English language on communicative level (B2)
  • Driving license - active driver
  • Positive attitude, personal accountability
  • Willing to learn/improve
