In this Role, you’ll get to
- Lead campaign strategy and execution for car rental promotions that deliver value to both customers and partners.
- Design and manage onsite campaigns — from campaign page setup to banner placements and app push notifications — ensuring engaging and localized user experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including regional stakeholders, to align messaging, creative assets, and launch plans.
- Work closely with local car rental partners to identify growth opportunities and integrate them into campaign initiatives.
- Leverage owned marketing channels (onsite banners, in-app messages, email, etc.) to maximize visibility and performance.
- Analyze campaign performance through key metrics such as CTR, open rates, and page views to drive continuous improvement.
- Partner with App Marketing, social media, and Brand teams to amplify campaign reach and impact across all touchpoints, and take on any other duties as assigned by the manager.
What you'll Need to Succeed
- A local Korean candidate with strong market understanding and cultural relevance.
- 5+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in e-commerce, digital marketing, or travel-related industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong track record of running successful marketing campaigns with clear business impact.
- Excellent communicator with experience in cross-functional collaboration.
- Highly analytical and data-driven — able to turn insights into actionable strategies.
- Proactive, adaptable, and results-oriented with a positive, team-first attitude.
- Proficiency in English and Korean (both written and verbal) is required.
