About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Auditor to help ensure our divisions and suppliers remain compliant with all relevant legislation, regulations, and contractual obligations. You’ll play a key role in maintaining high standards across our operations and supporting the delivery of our internal audit programme.
Key Responsibilities
- Audit & Compliance Oversight:
Conduct audits across Reed offices and suppliers, ensuring accuracy and consistency in reporting. - Training & Support:
Provide feedback and training to teams and suppliers, supporting continuous improvement. - Risk & Issue Management:
Investigate complaints, identify risks, and assist with external audit preparation. - Process Improvement:
Enhance audit tools and internal systems to improve efficiency and compliance. - Stakeholder Engagement:
Build strong relationships with regulators, clients, and internal teams. - Product Development:
Contribute ideas to grow our REEDAssured and Reed Screening offerings.
Who Would Suit This Role?
This role is ideal for someone with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for compliance. If you have experience in auditing—especially within recruitment—that’s a bonus, but we’re also keen to hear from candidates with strong administrative backgrounds and a willingness to learn.
As this is a fully remote role, self-motivation and excellent time management are essential.
