Job Opportunity: RN Home Health Supervisor at Home Care Arnett
Join our dedicated team at Home Care Arnett as an RN Home Health Supervisor! This full-time position offers a Monday to Friday schedule with daytime hours and includes participation in an administrative call rotation. We are seeking a leader with a strong background in nursing and home care to oversee our nursing and interdisciplinary teams in daily patient care assignments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise nursing staff and an interdisciplinary team, delegating daily patient care assignments.
- Oversee the effective recruitment, onboarding, retention, coaching, and leadership of team members.
- Conduct and lead daily huddles and team meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Manage clinical outcomes and work closely with the quality/state team to monitor quality metrics.
- Spearhead new program initiatives and assist in developing processes, policies, and procedures.
- Analyze and implement methods and systems geared toward enhancing the overall efficiency and effectiveness of services provided.
- Promote a team-oriented, service-focused environment while ensuring patient care and family interactions align with our organization's core values.
Qualifications:
- •3-5 years of clinical experience required. Requires graduation from an accredited academic program in area of specialization, including nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, or social work. Nursing background is strongly preferred.
- Requires current State of Indiana license in area of specialization, including nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, or social work. Nursing license is strongly preferred.
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider Certification required. Other advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
- Current Indiana driver's license, proof of insurance and a safe driving record required. American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider Certification required. Other advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
