Position Summary
Our Evening Practice Assistant will be working as part of our Evening Practice Assistants team and provide assistance mainly for our partners and associates.
Evening Practice Assistant in Helsinki are employed on a part-time basis and expected to work 3-5 evenings per week. The position offers an opportunity to gain experience in an international law firm.
Duties and Accountabilities1
Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Editing and formatting documentation
- Performing translations
- Preparing and maintaining transaction data rooms
- Dealing with various governmental authorities.
- Meet and greet clients, welcome, and escort all visitors to their guest deck, office or meeting room, as the case may be
- Ensure that telephone calls are answered using the standard greeting
- Be proactive and challenge the status quo to ensure all processes and procedures are efficient, effective, and relevant.
- General administration duties as required
Qualifications
- Experience of working in a professional and high standard services environment
- Proficient competence in Microsoft applications (word, excel, ppt.)
- Adaptability, flexibility and ability to occasionally work long hours under tight schedules
- Organizational skills and a solution-based approach to problem solving
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to see the big picture
- Experience of challenging existing processes to implement beneficial change
- Strong professional presence and team player
- Proactive, resourceful, takes initiative
Fluency in Finnish and English, knowledge of other languages is desirable

- This role will be based in the Helsinki office
