Microsoft Full Stack Engineer - Professional

JOB SUMMARY: The Mid-level Dynamics Developer is responsible for the development, configuration, integration, administration, and technical support for the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) application. This individual will participate in the continued rollout of Dynamics 365 and all subsequent CRM development projects. The developer will be working collaboratively with the external systems integrator, IT technical team, IT business analysts, IT managers/architects and business subject matter experts to develop, configure, integrate, and document all technical components pertaining to the ""ERP/CRM solution. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: · Experience with MS D365 CE capabilities and architecture · Participate in the development, configuration and integration of Dynamics 365 mapping business requirements and processes to the CRM solutions. · Proficient in Plug-In development, Portal development along with Power Platform (Dataverse, flows and PowerApps) · Administer and maintain the Dynamics 365 solution in production. · Manage user roles and permissions. · Ensure application components are in compliance with the enterprise and solution architecture and apply best practices. • Follow change control procedures and manage the deployment from development to test to production. • Collaborate with IT colleagues, business subject matter experts and outside vendors on end user issues and new application functionality.
