SearchPlus HR is excited to announce an opening for a Cardiac Surgery position. We are looking for a highly skilled and compassionate professional. In this critical role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of cardiac surgical procedures, providing pre-operative and post-operative care, and working with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients suffering from cardiac diseases.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct detailed assessments of patients to determine the need for surgical intervention.
Perform complex surgical procedures related to the heart, such as coronary artery bypass surgery and heart valve repair/replacement.
Manage post-operative care and monitor patient recovery, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and holistic patient care.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with advancements in cardiac surgery techniques and technologies.

Requirements

Requirements:

M.D. or D.O. degree with completion of a residency in General Surgery followed by a fellowship in Cardiac Surgery.
Board certification in Cardiothoracic Surgery and a valid state medical license.
A minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in cardiac surgery.
Proven ability to perform a wide range of cardiac procedures with precision and skill.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with a patient-centered approach to care.
Dedication to improving the health and well-being of patients through surgical intervention.
