We’re looking for a driven and analytical Finance Business Partner for Finland and Denmark to join our Finance team. This is a unique opportunity to influence commercial strategy and financial performance in two key Nordic markets.

Location: Flexible – either based at our Malmö HQ or our Helsinki/Espoo office.

Your Role

As Finance Business Partner for Finland and Denmark, you will play a key role in driving business performance and providing strategic financial insights. You’ll collaborate with commercial and cross-functional teams in both countries, helping shape decisions that directly impact growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver in-depth financial analysis and strategic recommendations to drive performance.
Review actuals and identify actions to improve sales and margins.
Translate targets into actionable plans and support commercial execution.
Lead and support financial planning processes (budgeting, forecasting).
Contribute to month-end and year-end closings.
Prepare and interpret management reporting for business units.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and controls.
Support supplier negotiations with data-driven insights.
Leverage FP&A and finance team outputs to guide commercial decisions.
Drive continuous improvement and cost control initiatives.

Who You Are

You’re a proactive, analytical thinker with a passion for finance and business performance. You thrive in a fast-paced, cross-country environment and are confident working with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in a financial managerial role.
University degree in finance or related field.
Professional accounting qualification.
Experience in FMCG required; food service experience is a plus.
Strong skills in SAP and MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
Experience with SOX controls preferred.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Fluent in English; other Nordic languages are an advantage.
