Connectivity & Field Evaluation Junior Engineer

As a Connectivity & Field Evaluation Engineer, you´ll support the analysis, testing, and optimization of connectivity performance in robotic operations. The role includes potential U.S. travel for on-site testing.

Location: Remote.

As a Connectivity & Field Evaluation Engineer a typical day might include the following:

• Analyze connectivity performance across robotic fleets, covering hardware (e.g., routers), network providers, and supervisor systems.

• Identify failure points and generate reports to reduce disconnections, delays, and field interventions.

• Design and execute tests for evaluating new connectivity technologies and deployments.

• Collaborate with AI and Robotics teams to translate connectivity insights into actionable improvements.

• Lead technical discussions and requirement analysis with cross-functional stakeholders.

• Support field deployment activities and assist in live testing under supervision.

• Provide regular performance evaluations and improvement recommendations.

This job might be the right one for you if:

• Degree in Engineering (Systems, Electronics, Data, or related fields).

• Proven experience in programming and automation (Python or similar).

• Solid understanding of data workflows, SQL queries, dashboard creation, and reporting.

• Analytical mindset and ability to work independently under minimal supervision.

• Availability to travel internationally and perform field tests when required.

• Experience with data sources, latency diagnostics, and hardware/software troubleshooting is a plus.

• Intermediate english level (B2)

• Valid US Visa (B1/B2).
