Flutter Developer (Anywhere in LATAM)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain mobile applications for both iOS and Android using the Flutter framework.
• Collaborate with the team to implement features that deliver outstanding user experiences.
• Integrate mobile applications with RESTful APIs and other backend services.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure app quality and performance.
• Stay updated on Flutter updates, mobile development trends, and emerging technologies.
• Contribute to architectural and design discussions, providing insights and recommendations.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in development, with at least 2 years working with Flutter and Dart.
• Proficiency in building applications for both iOS and Android platforms.
• Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX design principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• English level: Upper intermediate (B2) or higher.

Nice to have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Experience with native mobile development (Swift, Kotlin, or Java).
