YOUR TOP RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will be a strategic leader responsible for designing, implementing, and governing the enterprise data architecture at PRM.
- You will ensure the integrity, scalability, and accessibility of organizational data while aligning technical systems with mission-driven goals.
- You will build and maintain the infrastructure needed for advanced analytics, operational reporting, forecasting, compliance, and strategic decision-making.
- You will architect, maintain, and optimize Snowflake or other data warehouses and schemas to support scalable, secure, and performant data access.
- You will design and manage end-to-end data flows from ingestion to transformation, storage, and analytics across all platforms, including, but not limited to, ERP, CRM, HRIS, and financial systems.
- You will establish and enforce enterprise-wide data governance policies, including metadata standards, naming conventions, access controls, and data lineage documentation.
- You will ensure high data quality, integrity, and standardization across internal and external data sources; implement robust validation and QA processes.
- You will develop and manage secure, automated data pipelines (ETL/ELT) using modern data stack tools such as Fivetran, dbt, or Azure Data Factory.
- You will partner with analytics, IT, and program stakeholders to deliver data infrastructure that supports forecasting, AI/ML initiatives, KPI dashboards, and donor impact reports.
- You will continuously evaluate and enhance the data architecture to meet evolving organizational needs, scaling with new tools, data sources, and user demands.
- You will lead or participate in devotions, prayers, or other organization activities that promote a credible Christian witness and lifestyle.
Requirements
WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE
- A bachelor's degree in information technology, information systems, computer science, or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or enterprise data modeling, or a combination of education and experience.
- You have advanced proficiency in SQL and Snowflake, including performance tuning, roles/permissions, and schema design.
- Experience in Power BI and designing data models for self-service BI environments is preferred.
- Exposure to forecasting, predictive analytics, and machine learning workflows is preferred.
- You have hands-on experience managing data pipelines and integrations across a multi-system enterprise (ERP, CRM, finance, HR, programs).
- You have a strong understanding of HIPAA, PHI, and PCI DSS compliance requirements and data privacy principles.
- You have experience building governed, scalable datasets for analytics, reporting, and operational use cases.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- You have the ability to translate technical needs into business outcomes.
