Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in front-end development, technical UX design, or prototyping.
- Experience in application development in at least one platform/area (e.g., web, iOS, Android, CompDes, XR).
Preferred qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in a technical, UX, design environment, or similar.
- Experience building or integrating with marketing technology software applications.
- Experience with automated testing suites and experimental frameworks.
- Experience working on standardizing and solving problems in full stack engineering in a company.
- Experience designing, implementing, maintaining, and integrating with third party software, such as content and asset management systems (i.e. BrightSpot, wagtail, etc).
- Knowledge of internationalization (i18n), localization (l10n, Accessibility (a11y).

You’ll demonstrate your creativity, analytical skills, and knowledge of user facing technologies to enable efficient, high quality execution and communications and launch innovative features to a global audience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain reusable and accessible web components and utilities.
- Implement automated tests and configure/maintain CI systems to run them.
- Design process and contribute component architecture proposals.
- Write documentation including demos and best practices.
- Provide support to users of the code library and gather their feedback.
